Apparently even Las Vegas has its limits.

The Act Nightclub at The Palazzo is in hot water because of its risque acts. And now, the owner of the hotel-casino is trying to kick them out.

According to Las Vegas Sands Corp., performers at the nightclub -- some nearly naked -- toss condoms into the crowd and simulate sex acts, defecation and bestiality on stage.

Management for The Act says that the owner of the hotel-casino was "well aware of our brand."

The Act was notified on April 26 that they had crossed the line with their shows and were no longer welcome.

Security personnel for the hotel-casino watched and compiled reports about the shows.

A Las Vegas judge is now hearing the case. Witnesses for the hotel-casino are currently on the stand.

The club has asked for a restraining order to halt the eviction.  KTNV
